I was specifically curious about how it would work if I was disconnected or had poor coverage. ...

2) When I realized it was struggling to upload the image, I interrupted it in some way. Now I don't remember if there was a "Cancel" or if I just killed the app (or maybe both). In any case, it ended up creating kind of weird observation on my phone that isn't associated with any images. I was afraid I had lost the images so I took some more with the camera just in case. When I got home I found that one of the images did successfully upload to MO and was able to find the images on the phone when I went to upload them using Slack. Weirdly a couple of the images are still not visible in the Photos app, but obviously that's not our issue. 3) I created another observation (https://mushroomobserver.org/490857) which I save with the "SAVE" link while I had Wifi and cell data turned off. The sync worked great once I got home and turned the Internet back on. However, the observation on my phone has a blank image. I put a walk through of the images in the #mobile-app channel in Slack.
