For example, https://mushroomobserver.org/activity_logs/625225, would be more readable if it said:

2023-04-22 17:17:29 EDT (-0400) : Observation updated by Alan Rockefeller. 2023-01-11 21:46:04 EST (-0500) : Proposed name created by Alan Rockefeller: Trichia decipiens (Pers.) T. Macbr. 1899 2023-01-11 21:46:04 EST (-0500) : Consensus changed from: Myxomycetes G. Winter to Trichia decipiens (Pers.) T. Macbr. 1899. 2023-01-11 20:59:28 EST (-0500) : Image added by Alan Rockefeller: #1539989 2023-01-11 20:59:27 EST (-0500) : Consensus changed from: Fungi Bartl. to Myxomycetes G. Winter. 2023-01-11 20:59:23 EST (-0500) : Observation created by Alan Rockefeller.

It's also weird that the "Proposed name created by" entry is after the "Consensus changed" entry. I think there are other issues with observation logs, but I need to poke around more.

It would also be helpful if the initial naming was recorded in the log different than "Consensus changed from: Fungi Bartl.".

An old related user request is to send only one email when a new name proposal results in a consensus change. We're currently sending emails like this:

And it's also weird that the order of the emails is the opposite of the log entries.
