Possibly easier to maintain and test this way.

Adds several gems:

image_processing allows us to run ImageMagick or Vips commands from ruby
- mini_magick
- ruby-vips
mini_exiftool runs exiftool commands
exiftool_vendored includes an up-to-date version of exiftool
