iNat superimporter another's obs

When a super_importer imports another's iNat obs:

• the iNat obs description is not (cannot?) be updated;
• the Tracker incorrectly reports nothing. imported;
• the Tracker includes this "Error": Errors: RestClient::Gone: 410 Gone Ex: Logged in as myself (both in MO and iNat)
