Fixes a couple of unrelated issues:

Also simplifies the frontend Dockerfile (to use npm instead of pnpm) and reorders the frontend package-lock after a manual merge conflict resolution messed it up

Went through it, looks good. Only bugs are the ones we already know about (random logouts).
