Split out tests to their own files #1

  1. It makes more sense when browsing the directory tree to see which test is where. 1 (Test)Class per file doesn't require a lot of digging.
  2. nosetests won't care whether it's 1 test ("suite") per file or a hundred, but it may be easier to invoke individual tests via manage.py (see #2 ).
