Command line parameters #1

Add functionality for the script to take command line parameters to read the data and return results - eg stats, sort by altitude.

@MusicalLoop I would like to help out. Is there a valid website you wanted the URL to be pointed to in order to gather the tar1090 JSON data? The current URL in the feederReader.py file points to an invalid URL.

The following is not a valid website: "http://radiopi/tar1090/data/aircraft.json"
