Blockchain did not syncing #104

Blockchain did not syncing, any peers drop connection. Manualy adding peers didnt help.

I'd say we need a list of peers bc musiccoin.org seed node isn't working anymore - maybe this one is an explanation to this situation https://medium.com/@musicoin/debut-a-new-music-protocol-for-fair-play-4a54071d3c69
