Cryptopia Deposit not working

Hello, some days ago I made a transfer from my musicoin desktop wallet v0.7 to cryptopia, the transaction failed and discount my balance and appears in the blockchain but it is still not reflected in my cryptopia balance, please help me. Thank you.

Is this really just a cryptopia issue? Trying to see any transaction on orbiter is not wokring, not to mention it shows only block updates from 3 days ago (if it loads)

https://explorer.musicoin.org/ works, and transactions are displayed. Probably should request the change on coinmarketcap to link to the right explorer. Now only Cryptopia left with their "no response on support tickets".

@Varunram @mstarjac Tanx for the answers! so only thing for now is to wait the answer from cryptopia? for example my transaction in explorer is in section Pending tx (0xcf8f85715bcd1747ec8b42f92e1583778ac3a14ea8b88f3d22f5e1dd8a0b3cb3) is it cryptopia thing to put i throw?

Cryptopia needs to sync the wallets, my transaction was processed on block 1765302, on https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/CoinInfo/?coin=MUSIC it shows 0 connections, however time to time it shows cca. 10 connections and block height the last time I saw was 177xxxx something, which would mean they should have the info of my transaction, but it still shows 0 MUSIC in wallet. So yea, we have to wait for them to do something about that,

@kazjabra15 if only they had telegram. I sent a message on facebook, but as you can guess, no response. If needed, I'll try to send a message directly to CEO on linked in. This is completely irresponsible from them, if they see that they have problems, the least they can do is put a notice so everyone knows that they are working on it.

@mstarjac im absolutely agree with you, i also will try to get them by all the ways i will find! and off course they should have put some notice on their wallet that some maintenance or network problems are going on...
