💡[FEATURE] : Top to Up Button and Chatbot Functionality

Hello, This is Isha Prajapati. I hope this message finds you well. I am eager to improve our website's functionality and user experience, and I would like to propose adding two new features: a "Top to Up" button and chatbot functionality.

1. Top to Up Button:

   • Purpose: Allow users to quickly scroll back to the top of the page.
   • Position: Fixed at the bottom right corner of the page.
   • Design:
     1. Should use a distinct icon (e.g., an up arrow).
     2. Hover effect to indicate interactivity.
   • Functionality:
     1. Smooth scrolling to the top when clicked.
     2. Visible only when the user has scrolled down a certain amount (e.g., 200px from the top).
     3. Hidden when the user is near the top of the page.

2. Chatbot Functionality

• Purpose: Provide users with a way to chat with customer support or an AI assistant.
• Position: Fixed at the bottom right corner of the page, above the "Top to Up" button.
• Design:
  1. Minimized state shows a small icon/button.
  2. Expanded state displays a chat window with a text input field and a send button.
• Functionality:
  1. Allow users to type and send messages.
  2. Provide a way to close or minimize the chatbox.
