Floating Footer #45

The footer should stay at the bottom of the page, not necessarily fixed. This applies to the contact-us, the team, and members pages as well.

Are you saying on pages that doesn't have enough content to fill up the screen, the footer should still stay at the bottom?

Really? The footer should always stay at the bottom. That's why it is a footer. The page does not look nice as it is.
