There are many mistake translation with Traditional Chinese（zh-rTW）on DashClock Widget #790

Reason for request:

I am a user with DashClock Widget,and I am come from Taiwan,thougt the 
DashClock Widget has support the Traditional Chinese.

But I found many translation mistake and some strings without translation in 
the DashClock Widget.

So,I want to help to fix it and re-translation it.
How can I re-translation the DashClock Widget??
