Next step in language recognition #123

SE does a great job of recognizing the language of SRT files.

Could you please make use of that language information to

-- uncheck 'Fix lowercase i' when the lang is English
-- check 'Fix Turkish chars to Unicode' when the lang is Turkish

Language detection is not 100% accurate - and I don't want to auto-check
something a user has un-checked...

I doubt if there's a significant chance that SE will consider a non-English
file as an English one. As a result, I'd say unchecking 'Fix lowercase i' for
all non-English files would be safe.

Similarly, it is very likely that SE will mistake any other language with
Turkish. Consequently, 'Fix Turkish chars to Unicode' isn't likely to interfere
with any other languages.

The reason why I asked for this was: I work with mixed languages (much like
quite few other people, I suppose) --often, the same video source will have
multiple lagunages.

In that scenario, SE will come back to bite me if I forgot to un/check one of
those options and, after SE displays a dialog, I have to go find those options
and readjust them.

After a while, this does get tedious --or annoying, if you don't mind me saying
so.

You should, at least, alter that dialog so that it offers to un/check the
relevant option (sparing us from doing it manually).
