What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. Download a file with two audio tracks. Open the file in a video player. Make
sure that both soundtracks are available
1. In SubtitleEdit: Options > Settings > Video player > Video engiine > check
VLC Media Player
2. Video > Choose audio track > "2"

What is the expected output?
Now I expect to hear the second audio track, not the first

What do you see instead?
I still hear the first audio track

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.3.4 on Windows 8
