我尝试用这样的步骤解决了：

  1. 重装微信，从官网直接下载安装包安装
  2. 在termius执行命令，所以首先确定termius具有修改app的权限
  3. 执行安装命令
  4. 启动微信

问题解决。作为参考：M2 pro 芯片，Ventura 13.4.1
