Add firestorm warhead similar to Gen #15

Some difference from the original one from General:

  1. when firestorm kills unit, the kill will be granted to the last infernal cannon who trigger the firestorm (in original game, the kill doesn't grant to any)
  2. Mig's fire can add fuel for Infernal Cannon, and vice versa.
