I can't reproduce any crash with Spy and the mentioned units, altho i found an unrelated one. These changes do not look right, these code is for amphibious units, and a Spy in water disguised as an amphibious unit should show that unit's swim frames rather than Spy's default one shared with Navy SEAL. So the swim- prefix is intended.
