[BUG] WSA doesnt appear in system

After running Run.bat it says app already installed, but i can't launch it from any way

Steps to reproduce the issue | 重现该问题的步骤

1. Extract WSA_2306.40000.4.0_x64_Release-Nightly-with-kernelsu-v0.6.6-MindTheGapps-13.0-RemovedAmazon_Windows_10.7z to C:\Users\Dummy\WSA so that there was a run.bat
2. Launch Run.bat
