Where is the LTS repo/linkplease?

but now having the missing files issue when trying to install..

Have made sure WinRaR is upto date as that was a previous fix and try every thing here https://github.com/MustardChef/WSABuilds/blob/master/Documentation/Fix%20Guides/Pre-Install%20Issues/FixInstallps1.md

but no joys...
