A BUG occurred during installation, unable to install, and automatically closed directly. 安装时出现BUG，无法安装，直接自动关闭 1711942498098

Steps to reproduce the issue

点击Run.bat后自动弹出错误，窗口关闭

Expected behaviour

Windows Subsystem For Android 2311.40000.5.0 for Windows 11 arm64

Windows build number

win11版本23H2 10.0.22631

PC Specification

The error code 0x80073CFB usually says that you have an older installation of either "Amazon App Store" or "Windows Subsystem for Android" please uninstall them and try to run it again
