At this time, it is not possible to ascertain and confirm whether WSA or components of WSA are going to be used by Microsoft and Tencent in their "Tencent App Store Cross Platform Ecosystem" joint initiative.

There is no concrete confirmation yet, as it does not mention the recent partnership between Microsoft and Tencent.
