New Features:

Unit tests for API using Hypothesis
Updated python dependencies (switched from flask restplus to flask restx [a fork])
Update Angular to version 12
Update javascript dependencies
Switch to different method to integrate javascript resources with flask
Switch to pipenv and invoke for managing developement and deployment setup
Update dockerfile to be usable again
Update many fields to allow multiple inputs

Closes #15 (this PR supersedes the old one)
