Documentation Issues #141

I checked out the initial docs/readme and found some small issues.

  1. "Make an issue" currently points to this: https://github.com/Noggog/Mutagen.Bethesda.Analyzers/pulls When it should probably be pointing here: https://github.com/Mutagen-Modding/Mutagen.Bethesda.Analyzers/issues/new

  2. It would also be good to eventually have templates for issues and discussions if possible.

  3. A small typo: progromatically instead of programatically

The links should be pointing to Mutagen-Modding, not Mutagen.Modding

You changed one instance of programatically to progromatically. I don't think that word is right? There are not two instances of progromatically which should be changed to programatically.
