Detect npcs with default faces

NPCs with default faces (unchanged face morphs and default hair color...) are boring and should be altered.

I think adding the ability for people to add analyzers they want and/or filter ones they dont want means that people can have these more subjective ones out in the ecosystem, and that's fine. If they want to find all the npcs that are boring, then the system can do so
