Problem with mutagen after updating to version 0.29.2 #468

I did a clean install from version 0.28 to version 0.29.2. Now I get an error. SDK dotnet the latest version. 1) if the profile selected Latest: "Latest Mutagen version is desired, but latest version is not known." 2) if the profile selected Match: "MortalEnemies.csproj : error NU1301: Не удалось загрузить индекс службы для источника https://api.nuget.org/v3/index.json." 3) if manual is selected in the profile: "Manual Mutagen versioning had no input" Also, when choosing a manual, in the version field I have 0.0.0.0. instead of version.

I tried to do what is written here https://github.com/Mutagen-Modding/Synthesis/discussions/228 I tried to completely delete all the synthesis files, it does not help. Yesterday I used it without problems, the problem appeared with the update.

Sounds like an environment issue, but I'd have to get into the weeds on it. Upload your full everything.txt logs if you can Feel free to swing by the discord, since it might be a back and forth
