Feature/gameworld export #6

Basic gameworld export for Cards

Still needs export for Events and EventCards

Still needs option to combine the three types of content into a single GameWorld object.

But this is a good start!

I'll pull in these changes by making my own local branch in order to revert the some of the changes in ItemCrud.ts
