Add optional RGB invoice support #7

We'd like to add WAILA support to bitmask-core, and while we could do RGB invoice detection outside of this logic, our logic would be so similar to this that I might as well upstream it, if that's okay with the maintainers.

I made sure to make it optional, since RGB wallets add a lot of dependencies, and Maxim has a habit of reinventing certain things, so there's not a lot of dependency overlap.
