Move to mutiny-wasm #39

Think there should be a few compile issues, when you build, I have something locally I can push up

It's probably just because of the changes I needed in https://github.com/MutinyWallet/mutiny-node/pull/371 - will get that fixed whenever we do another release.

seems like the associated methods aren't in the wasm package perhaps?

something seems wrong, this parameter isn't appearing either

Hmm, I'll double check when the release is built and deployed. Worked when I pointed it to my local wasm lib.
