Lockdown mode no longer works on iOS #993

Adding mutiny to exceptions isn't working anymore. It worked before the social release.

It appears to be the fault of 17.4. I tested on 17.3 in lockdown before updating and it worked in the app and on the web. Now on 17.4 it works in neither, even with an exception added. Standard Notes seems to have the same issue: https://github.com/standardnotes/forum/issues/3514

Couldn't find anything in the Apple release notes mentioning this, so hopefully this is an unintentional regression and they can fix. My hunch is it could have something to do with the EU rearchitecting of embedded browser stuff which landed in 17.4.

To repro, load this site on iOS without lockdown mode (shows features available), with lockdown mode (nothing), and with lockdown mode with it added as an exception (also nothing): https://wasm-feature-detect.surma.technology/

Running into this too. Is there anything I can do to help? I could perhaps try to rally Bitwarden and standardnotes behind your bugzilla filing (although I've never used bugzilla and don't know if there's a voting system)
