This is a Perl implementation of mutopia-compile.sh. It should produce the same results as the shell file but it works in the Window environment.
"Vanilla" compiling has been tested and seems to work fine. The options "landscape hack" and "compile separately" were not tested as I don't know where to find test data for these. Testing in a Linux environment is advised.
