The diffs look terrible, but this is just bootstrap-3.3.5 to bootstrap-3.3.6 with a few scripts that reference it.
README.md has been updated to document what we're doing now with the bootstrap folder, namely, renaming it just "bootstrap" and documenting the version.
deploy.pl now references the plain bootstrap folder.
The rest of the non-bootstrap files produce HTML and need to reference the plain folder.
