Folding sections on small devices? #60

Can we do this with some of our pages? Should we try? Can it be done with a non-dynamic website? wiki-mobile-shot

The above is a shot from my phone but it can be simulated in most browser developer tools. In Firefox:

browse to a wiki page (the above is a search for Reginald Hill)
in the web site edit box, change en.wikipedia.org to en.m.wikipedia.org
got to Developer / Responsive Design Viewer
