On the index page, the More link is now a "real" button that takes you to the text located at the bottom of the page. (I noticed that an anchor on the "h" elements will cause Firefox to set the browser past the anchor by a few lines. To counter this I set the anchor above the section with a few <br \> elements.
Similar work at the end of the browse links, "Show All" is now a similar button, anchors have been adjusted so that the view ends up looking okay. All the "browse by" links simply take you to the table on the browse page.
