Repairs to init command, updated requirements #6

Bumped version to 1.0.9, updated requirements, fixed typos, init command now creates the lycache folder.

@fedelibre - I am no longer owner on this so you will have to merge or assign an owner.

@madrisan - This version switches from pypng to PIL / Pillow for png processing. This affects one of your changes.

Note: I want to help but have no time. I will support you in any way I can. Perhaps @madrisan is willing to take on this tool?
