[Feature] Start Screen {WIP} #19

@ProjectRPG/designers As per the discussion with RJ, we decided that in order to keep along with the whole storybook style of presentation, that the start screen is going to look like an older style hardcover book: Red Hardcover with golden lettering. Furthermore, the character/race selection screens are going to be pages from the book, that flip open to the next page.

@dakdaros let me know if you want any help mocking up the book design. I've got some ideas for the picture book animation style that would fit nicely into the book frames.

@ProjectRPG/thinktank I think we can delete this branch. We have this stuff merged in but when we put this together we weren't managing PRs correctly.

If there are not objections I am going to remove this tonight when I get home.
