Pick up using a key binding rather than bumping into things
This uses a sphere rather than a line to decide what you can pick up. This lets the player pick up more than one item at a time and the player camera doesn't need to be pointing directly at the object.

@ProjectRPG/thinktank just some stuff for item pickups. We now use a key to pick up items and you can now pick up more than one item at a time.

Ok, i'm going to merge this when I get home then unless there are any issues that come up before then.
