[Feature] Damage #44

@ProjectRPG/thinktank ok guys, so I have this all done I think. I would say this is about 99% of what we need for the actual damage component of the game and this will do nearly everything we need. We need to figure out damage formulas and stuff but we will get there when we have damage types.

TBH, only the first 5-10 min of this vid are important...

Looks great! I lost it when it just crumpled to the floor. And you need to call the ghostbusters on that box bro.

@ProjectRPG/thinktank

Please take a look at this asap. We need to get this merged in so I can do the work on the networking portion. I need some of the code I put together in here for networking. Also, as soon as I merge this you should rebase this into your branches. I changed a lot including names and stuff so you should get those changes as soon as you can.

@dakdaros This change will impact the stuff you're working on so you certainly should get this in your branch as soon as I merge it. There are changes to some of the BPs you're modifying.

Oh! one more thing I neglected to mention in here. We can now setup the weapons so they have the notion of hitting more than one target. Like a big sword that swings though other targets and hits several. We can also, very easily, set this up to hit just one :-)

This goes for projectiles too. We can have arrows that go through things and keep going or just hit and stop if we want. Super flexible.
