Configure subdomain pointing to netlify deploy #14

To track work configuring a subdomain to point to the netlify site master branch deploy. I'm not sure what it's supposed to be, but probably something like https://needs.mutualaidmamas.com would be appropriate.

  1. setup CNAME to point to netlify site
  2. configure netlify to issue Let's Encrypt certificate

@mewtaylor I think you should create a new netlify site. Because we are on the free tier, to transfer I would need to open a support ticket apparently.
