Update styles

I changed the basemap and a few css styles to better match the website. Fixed a few styles for better spacing for groups and the close button.

• Not sure if the basemap will work with a different mapbox key
• We need to add fonts so it matches with the parent page

This looks great. I myself didn't go with a red color because I didn't want to give the impression of danger or warning in a neighborhood, but it does match the website style. I love the popup spacing.

@devinbalkind Should we include someone here for a design decision?

@zhik Looks like the website is undergoing a redesign, so the styling is going to change in a fairly significant way. I'll try to incorporate some of the styling you added here, though, since it's great for usability. Thank you!
