Game data folder gets changed to Program Files (x86) #596

Describe the bug Multiple users have reported that the game tries to load blueprints and/or decals from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\My Games\Sprocket instead of the expected %userprofile%\Documents\My Games\Sprocket folder. This leaves them unable to access their blueprints or decals.
