Slider that allows you to divert a percentage of engine power to power turret traverse and elevation #602

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In real life, tank turret and elevation mechanisms that were not hand cranked were supplied power in one form or another from the engine, whether it be electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic. Current elevation and traverse mechanisms have little to no downsides when it comes to setting the power, having to choose between engine size and gun traverse/elevation speeds would allow players to put more thought into the design of their vehicle by deciding the upsides/downsides of having better or worse turret traverse/elevation mechanisms

Describe the solution you'd like We can abstract away the complexity by adding a slider in the elevation and turret traverse modules that allow you to divert a certain percentage of engine power to go towards powering turret and elevation drives that are not set to be hand cranked. Diverting larger power means more power towards the turret drives. Larger power would also require slightly larger elevation and turret traverse mechanisms to handle it, which done by simply enlarging the elevation and turret drive modules relative the the amount of power it is set to receive

Describe alternatives you've considered Can't think of any at the moment

Additional context None

Would be really cool. Could even let us make APU's only for turret traverse. Honestly I think this should be the only option for powered turret traverse instead of a stupid slider which you can just put to maxiimum all the time without any consequences
