Allow using the movement tool to move crew member limbs, for more precise and easier positioning

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I came across the idea when using the model tools in CSP, let us use the movement too to better arrange crewmember limbs more accurately, the current system can be frustrating at times when it comes to trying to get a hand or foot in the right place
