Server changes discarded after spent time commit #35

If any update occurs on the Redmine server (like issue description), not 
refreshing in the Redmine client and commiting spent time, the server update is 
discarded. I suggest some kind of issues auto refreshing before the spent time 
is commited.

Well, the problem is still there (rev272), specifically for 'target version' 
field.
