Party system issue.. any solution?

No solution on party invitation issue yet?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a party through /organize
2. invite a normal character
3. Character being invited approves the request
4. character that was invited can't move and has to disconnect.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Party for both characters

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
R601 on Windows 7 & Windows Vista & Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
