Problem 1
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Paladin/Royal Guard must devo a Champion/Sura
2. that champion/sura will have to Asura another Paladin/Royal Guard(with 
shield reflect or with any reflect item)
3. Happens to Bowling Bash(devoted LK or Rune Knight)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: not sure but isn't it suppose to be  Asura would off reflect to the 
Champion or the Paladin?
Instead: The reflect deals no damage at all.

Problem 2
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just melee attack a class with reflect item or shield reflect with a class 
in devotion by a Paladin or Royal Guard.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Reflect should happen
Instead: The reflect damage display is showing, but nothing was deducted to the 
HP.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tested on r594 and r609, no custom modifications added.
Tested on Windows and CentOS 5.

Additional Info:
Reflect works fine when there is no one using devotion on the attacker.

Is it a 3CeAM only issue? Could you test if it works with stock eAthena?

I just tested with fresh eAthena 14801 ... same.. I guess 3ceam can ignore this 
then, I'll just go to eAthena for help :D
