Party Invite Freeze - Githubissues

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Invite a player to team.
2. Invite box pops up for that person with no visable partyname just empty 
brackets or a ascii symbol.
3. Player accepts and players game freezes until he or she logs out.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The player should be 
invited with proper party name and there client should not freeze to the point 
where they must logout.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? r627 
windows xp client version 2011-01-11aRagexeRE.exe using packetver26 patch. 

Please provide any additional information below. I tried using the latest 
eathena 14843 clean and it was currently working without the freezing problems. 
I tried patching some of the newer revisions of eathena to 3ceam but i had no 
success in fixing the issue.
