1. update svn
2. run
3. profit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

missing files 
npc/battleground/bg_tierra01.txt
npc/battleground/bg_tierra02.txt
npc/battleground/bg_flavius01.txt
npc/battleground/bg_flavius02.txt

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

clean /npc/battleground/ folder install shows it
