Dispatch Order and Out For Delivery buttons & its feature enhancement #136

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. A button "Dispatch Order" to be added for admin on processing order status.
  2. On button click > Status should come to in transit status and store distpatched time in db.
  3. In transit status should have a editable text field for admin only & for user it should be just display label text which was saved by admin.
  4. In transit should have "Out For Delivery" button for admin, once clicked status should be the last status of the flow.
