First test for lineary dialogs #3

This is built against the latest version of https://github.com/csteeg/MvvmCross (v3 branch)

@slodge: Could you please review if you think it's ok to ask on startup what type of dialogs to use? I could also clone the entire project to a lineardialog version, but I thought it'd be nice to see how simple it is to switch

The use of TriggerFirstNavigate is quite nifty - never actually seen anyone override it, but that was what it was there for!

If this is just for autoviews, then I guess we could also just put in a separate project - since there's no UI code there to include.

I will try to get the main pull merged this week.... if not, then it'll be a month = sorry - it's holiday season!
