Thanks for this - I'm currently extending this - adding an empty view for ApiExamples in Touch too

Sorry that I've only cherry-picked the code change and not the assembly change for now. Will look to see if there's any way I can adapt how I work with nuget for others too.

I guessed you wouldn't want the reference path changes to .csproj, but I didn't really know how to do it without changing them...
